How the suite fits together
The seven calculators share a single cap-table math engine (~900 lines of Go, verified against published reference scenarios from a16z, Carta, Y Combinator, and the NVCA Model Term Sheet). Each tool is a thin UI over one or more primitive operations — apply a priced round, convert SAFEs, top up the ESOP pool, run an anti-dilution adjustment, compute the liquidation waterfall.
The Round Modelling Sandbox composes all of them in one event timeline. If you only need a single number — “what does this term sheet mean for founder ownership?” — use one of the single-purpose tools. If you're modelling a startup journey across multiple rounds, start in the sandbox.
